• Cancellations made by the client may result in loss of deposit.
• Rescheduling requests will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability.
• In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date offered.

5. Event Requirements

The client agrees to provide:

• Adequate space for setup and operation
• Access to a reliable power source
• Safe and suitable working conditions

We reserve the right to stop services if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate.

6. Use of Photos and Media

• By using our services, you grant Orange Box Photo Booth permission to use photos, videos, or content from your event for marketing and promotional purposes (website, social media, etc.).
• If you do not wish for your content to be used, you must notify us in writing before the event.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Ensuring guests behave appropriately
• Any damage caused to equipment by guests
• Providing accurate event details

Any damage to equipment may result in additional charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Orange Box Photo Booth shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, power outages, venue issues)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
